Seed Sewa [2021]
A global art exhibition bringing together South Asian diaspora artists in creative solidarity with Indian farmers' protests - conceived, curated, and launched within just 5 days of the protests beginning. Under my direction spanning artist curation, creative direction, web design, and grassroots partnership development, the initiative evolved from concept to a vibrant virtual exhibition that sold out in its first run, leading to a second installment featuring ten additional artists and collectively raising over $5,000 for farmers through Hemkunt Foundation's Relief Aid project.
The initiative bridges borders and communities through artistic expression and resource redistribution, demonstrating the powerful resonance of artivism in amplifying diasporic South Asian voices in solidarity with their agricultural kin.
